“We were very happy with our reception at the Fairfax Station Railroad Museum!!! It definitely made our wedding day special.”
“We had such a beautiful rehearsal dinner at the Fairfax Railway Museum! What a way to start a weekend of celebration and joy… The museum comfortably held 53 guests, and I do mean comfortably… The air conditioning was great and the ceiling fans and focused lighting on dimmers was perfect… Everyone loved circulating out to the caboose for pictures and out on the ramp for hors d’oeuvres and beverages. Our family train enthusiasts LOVED the special train photos on the wall. The enthusiast gave us a detailed account of why those photos are so special; again, a very fun time.”
“We had such a wonderful time at Peter’s surprise party last year that I was wondering if [the] Train museum was available on __ for another family party.”
“We are planning our annual Burns Night dinner which we held last year at the Fairfax Station Railway Museum. It was really the perfect place for us and we would like to hold it there again this year.”
“We had such a wonderful evening and the room was perfect. Your little museum is a 'best kept secret.'"
“I just want to compliment you and the other volunteers that maintain the Fairfax Station Railroad Museum for the excellent upkeep of the facility. My daughter’s birthday party was a big success and everyone enjoyed the historical aspect of the station and the beautiful grounds in the back and the caboose. My daughters particularly enjoyed the stage and treated the guests to a mini-recital.”
"We are so excited about this party and about having it at the museum. So many of our guests are really excited about where it is, too."
“Thank you so much for the Cub Scout tour of the train museum. Our den really liked having Monty give the presentation as an older scout too! Thanks again!”
“Thanks for hosting Cub Scout Pack 1229, Congressional Schools of Virginia today. We all had a great time and appreciate you taking the time to host us. I’d appreciate receiving the photo you took of the Pack and let us know if we make it into the AAA Magazine. Thanks again."
