The Community Room at the Fairfax Station Railroad Museum is available to rent, and suitable for any occasion. *NEW* We now offer an on-site Audio Visual (A/V) system at low daily rates to our renters. The historic site offers a unique, warm, cozy, and informal atmosphere for dinners, parties or meetings. A variety of events are possible at the station: and then the existing list.

The room includes the use of a kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave and double-oven stove. Chairs and tables are also available, but all dishes and cutlery must be provided by the renter. Other features include:

Room Rental Charge For 3 Hours:

Monday through 5pm Friday -- $130.
5pm Friday through Sunday -- $200.
Extra charges for additional time.
Higher rates for weddings and/or receptions.

Rental of the Audio Visual (A/V) System - $50.00 per rental day
